Textile Machinery and Dyehouse Automation
We define programming and retrofit scope by understanding how textile machinery currently operates. Our work includes stenter programming, rope opener retrofits and chemical preparation automation.
Machine and process are assessed together
We work on operator screens, recipe settings, motor and drive control, tank–pump–valve sequences and fault analysis. Control system changes take existing electrical diagrams and hardware condition into account.

Start with the machine type and model, existing PLC/HMI details, the problem and desired operation. Panel photos and project backups, if available, help with the initial assessment.
How do we start the work?
We assess requirements and hardware, define work and testing steps, then prepare a quote. We primarily work with Omron Sysmac Studio; other control systems are assessed based on project files and hardware. On-site review and commissioning scope are agreed separately.
