Processes that can be controlled
Suitable hardware can monitor tank levels, pump and valve sequences, weight or flow, mixing time and temperature. Automatic/manual screens, alarms and recipes are prepared for the machine’s requirements.
Our experience
Our silicone and chemical preparation, soda ash and liquid salt automation projects are examples in this field. We can also assess filling and preparation machines in other sectors and prepare a technical quotation.
How do we start the work?
We assess requirements and hardware, define work and testing steps, then prepare a quote. We primarily work with Omron Sysmac Studio; other control systems are assessed based on project files and hardware. On-site review and commissioning scope are agreed separately.
